I recently had a full roof replacement in Plano.  My roof was in terrible shape with 9 pieces of wood that needed replacement.  I also required new gutters all the way around my home.  I worked directly with Brian Rodriguez throughout the entire process.  He was very clear and concise with me when providing the estimates as well as letting me know what adjustments may be required after they took the old shingles off.  He took pictures and showed me and asked for my approval before proceeding.  The color of the shingles are perfect.  I didn’t know what to pick and he recommended “Copper Canyon” which is sort of a two-tone brown and matches my brick perfectly.  My house looks like a new house.  Extra touches they did was they painted the plumbing vent pipes brown on the roof.   They look so much better painted to match.  They took care to move all my flower pots out of the way and moved everything back.  They cleaned up afterwards.  They took pride in their work.  They use the same crew - it’s never a different subcontractor when you hire them!  This is key!  It is the same crew every time.  They do quality work.  Brian came back out after the work was done to do a walk about to ensure it was to my satisfaction and to check the work.  Every single person on the crew, from the roof guys to the gutter guys were professional and polite.  I got the paperwork to provide to my insurance company afterwards as well. I highly recommend them if you want your roof done right by someone you trust.  This is a company that is honest, professional and has integrity. Had the opportunity to work with Brett. Small job painting a couple bathrooms. He came but took measurements and listen to what I wanted. Provided me a competitive quote. Scheduled a time to complete the job and he and his painters arrived and did a great job. We did a final walk through together and I signed off on work before payment. If I could give Aaron 15 stars, I would. He and his team painted our home as part of the first phase of renovations. They took out builder basic all white walls to something completely beautiful. I can't wait for them to work on more of our projects! We were so blessed to find SCI. Aaron was in constant communication and kept us updated. Everett Parker and SCI are incredible partners to work with. Everett helped us replace two roofs and was able to get the process through despite pushback from insurance. For example, for one house, insurance did not want to cover it even after additional proof and photos on appeal. Everett covered the fee for getting a third party adjuster to come in, who ruled in our favor. Everett also offered to cover potential fines from the tarp being on the roof for too long because insurance was dragging out the process for so long. He takes responsibility in helping his clients and will proactively fight for you. Everett is prompt and will let you know if something changes with the schedule. SCI does a good job of getting your roof replaced expeditiously with a level of workmanship you will be satisfied with. I was worried about being taken advantage of or bad workmanship. I had some other companies out of state offer to replace my roof and give me my deductible back, but they would have to make up that money in shorts cuts somewhere in the process. I went with SCI Roofing and Remolding and used Brett as the project manager and did not regret it. He walked me thru the process and I also inspected work along the way…trust but verify!  I also had them fix some interior issues outside of insurance claim and was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. They work hard to make sure that you are informed and happy throughout the complete process.
