STEP #1
Roof Inspection

STEP #2 – Filing Your Insurance Claim

If your roof damage is related to a storm, we help guide you through the insurance claim process.

Working with experienced roofing professionals can help ensure that storm damage is properly evaluated and documented during the claims process.

STEP #3 – Adjuster Appointment

After your claim is filed, your insurance provider will send an adjuster to inspect the reported damage.

We recommend having our team present during this inspection so we can help identify and document all storm-related damage to your roofing system.

STEP #4 – Roof Restoration Plan Review

Once your claim is approved, your insurance provider will issue a Loss Summary outlining the materials and scope of work identified during the inspection.
Our team will review, explain what is included in the claim, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will create a clear plan for completing the restoration of your property.

STEP #5 – Material Selection

Prior to the reconstruction of your damaged property, your Restoration Professional will assist you in selecting the BEST components for your roofing system, and help map out the best schedule for this restoration, to better fit your needs and your schedule.

STEP #6 – Roof Restoration and Repair

Once materials and colors are selected, our team begins the restoration process. Damaged components are removed, and the property is inspected for any hidden issues that may need to be addressed with the insurance provider. If no additional damage is found, our crew restores your property to its pre-loss condition.

STEP #7 – Final Roof Inspectionon

After the construction is completed and all left-over construction debris and materials have been removed from the property, your Restoration Professional will conduct a Final Construction Walk Through with you, to better ensure that all items and issues have been resolved; ensuring that you are satisfied with the end result, and that your property is completely restored to Like New condition.

STEP #8 – Closing Out The Claim

Once the Final Construction Walk Through is complete, and the Final Walkthrough Approval has been issued by you, the homeowner- your Restoration Professional will send photos and documents to your Insurance Provider, detailing the completed construction, so that your claim file can be closed by your Insurance Provider.
