SCI Roofing & Remodeling

I just had my house reroofed using SCI roofing and can highly recommend using SCI. Long story short, we had a hail storm in May 2023 which my insurance company at the time did not want to cover. I initially work with two other roofers who were unsuccessful in moving the insurance company to doing the right thing. Then I noticed SCI had come in and replaced the roof on two other houses on our street and contacted them. They were finally able to get the insurance company to pay to replace my entire roof and on last Saturday, their crew showed up in the morning and had the entire roof removed and replaced by the end of the day. I’ll be glad to share any additional details with you, but once again, I highly recommend the people at SCI roofing.

We have used SCI’s services 3 times now for different weather related issues with our roof and gutters, and everytime has been a wonderful experience. I believe it was Daniel that came out the first two times, and this time we worked with Miguel. Both of them were very friendly and professional, and promptly fixed the items needing repair. We will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

If I could give Aaron 15 stars, I would. He and his team painted our home as part of the first phase of renovations. They took out builder basic all white walls to something completely beautiful. I can't wait for them to work on more of our projects! We were so blessed to find SCI. Aaron was in constant communication and kept us updated. They were able to come quickly to give us a quote and were painting two days later...it would have been sooner but we had house drama.

Update (1/21/25): We had Aaron and his team come back to do our office build out after another contractor didn't work out. As expected, Aaron and his team did an amazing job and we will have him back for more projects!

I do not write too many reviews because I’m a hard old man to please, but Miguel and his team did all the right things helping me pick the color. They prepared the house for the priming as promised, the workers showed up on time every day ready to go to work, worked until dark every day of job. Very friendly employees, who all possessed high level of painting skills. They also rebuild my 109 year front porch. Great job at a fair price. Would recommend to any one. Steve McBride

Aaron did such an amazing job working with us on our roof!!! We have USAA and it was seamless. We also did a 8 foot board on board fence and a new air conditioning unit. The team has been outstanding getting us all finished and getting our forever home, ready for forever. Between Aaron and Miguel we were always kept in the loop and they are outstanding! We even got Homero out to the house to look over the finished product, showing we were not just another number! This is the company to go with in DFW if customer service is something you value!

I needed to find a company who could help me renovate a new office we were opening in the area. I was referred to SCI Roofing & Remodeling and I can’t say enough good things about them. Said, Miguel and the team were absolutely wonderful to work with and they were great about helping me stay within my budget. Said was also responsive and would do whatever it took to make sure the work was done right. We even hired their team a few weeks later to do even more work for us. Can’t thank you all enough!

As many other reviews have detailed, SCI (Everett Parker in my case) was great to work with. Everett was there every step of the way from navigating the insurance process, deali
ng with HOA, and making sure the job was done right. He did everything he said he would do and put on a great looking roof compared to the other new roofs in the neighborhood. Would highly suggest using this company if you're in need of a new roof and want great customer service.

Brian Rodriguez and his crews are the best! They replaced my roof, did my gutters, and did interior work for me. I was very satisfied with clean up and the work performed. I could not have gone with a better company. Thank you SCI.
